We break the work into clear packages and get competitive quotes from our established network of local trades. When choosing who works on your home, we look at the full picture - not just price, but their track record, how they plan to do the work, and their compliance standards. 4. Keeping everything on track
You'll receive a clear project programme showing when things will happen. We coordinate with designers and Building Control, manage any risks that crop up, and send you regular updates on progress and costs. You'll always know where things stand, what's coming next, and why.

On site, we manage health and safety, quality control, and the day-to-day coordination of trades. Quality checks happen at key milestones throughout the build - not just at the end - with everything documented and signed off. We keep a tidy, respectful site and handle any changes through a transparent process. The focus is delivering exactly what was agreed, to the standard you deserve.
6. Proper handover and ongoing support
When the build is complete, you'll receive all the certificates, warranties, and documentation you need. We then provide structured aftercare through the defects period, with a named contact and clear response times.
